In N.Y., Clinton Tries To Calm Outrage Over Dr. King Comments

As I read this article, it strikes me that, despite her cries for change, Hillary Clinton is actually just old school. First of all, shouldn't her campaign reflect some of this change she's so full of? Seems like the same old knock 'em up-and-out campaigning that escalates ill-will between candidates and robs America's brightest and best of their dare to dream. Old school politics is this - muddy them, blacken' em, hit on their past, distort the issues/facts, then go, sit in someones pulpit, lift yourhandsandshout "Hallelujah". Hey, what's love got to do with it? Old school is this - the little lady, surrounded by her protectors who make inflammatory remarks, while she stands around alternately smiling and crying with her hands ever so clean. I can't see Hillary for Bill, and Bob, et al. It makes me wonder, if she can't run a decent campaign with the footmen, i.e., candidates from her own political party, what is she going to do when the horsemen come, i.e., those who actually oppose her? I think Hillary does well fighting on the home scene, but it isn't just the American public she would negotiate, it would be has to negotiate, it would be world leaders, some of whom are pretty touchy themselves! I think we need someone who not only understands world politics but possesses a cool and level head, not someone given to anger and street fighting. The stakes are too high. I'm worried, because I think in this case, experience equals old school.
