MA has a healthcare plan, the City of San Francisco has even, a better healthcare plan. Why did New Yorkers have to wait this long for something?. AFter all, this is Mrs. Clinton's hot issue., NY should have been the leader in the pack.

It will be a great start in healthcare reform. I don't think that this will cure the problem of drug companies/Doctors over-charging . Its a big step forward, way to go!!
