The only one who hit the bullseye is Dr. Cohen, and I had to wait to page 3 to find it. The number of patient requested sections is minuscule. If you want to know what drives the section rate, hang out in the OB lounges on Labor and Delivery . To paraphrase Carville, it's the lawsuits, stupid.
