Spin Spun Too Far

It is useful to know how many revered politicians display Ms. Clinton's faults. However, there are "bigger fish to fry."

I am convinced that health care will change due to the scale of financial risk and interest of financial and political players. I am keenly interested in the manner in which politicians propose change.

Iraq is a source of discontent, although the diplomatic and and military situation is improving. I am keenly interested in the manner in which politicians negotiate these contradictions.

We have a regulatory environment that is a curious amalgam of political meddling and regulated industries writing legislation to protect themselves from legitimate liability and their duty to act on behalf of customers. I want to know if I am electing a contributor to the solutions or the problems.

I am convinced that most "liberal" immigration solutions will give us a new generation of welfare recipients, and the "conservative" solutions will give us a weaker economy and a tarnished image for heavy-handedness. I am looking for sensible ideas.

Reporters can become much more important if they analyze policy statements as thoroughly as they analyze isolated gaffes and slips.
