Huck's recent comments about how the Constitution should be changed to fit God's Laws are shocking. He wants to change the Constitution?? Well, sure, some ultra-Conservative Christians might say that it would be a good thing, trying to make this country more Christian, more moral. But if Romney had said the same thing, the media (and Evangelicals) would be all over it, criticizing him to the ground. His campaign would suffer, too. But Huck says we should change the Constitution and everyone nods in agreement. What's going on? I firmly believe in the separation of church and state. Yes, we live in a country of laws, but not all of them are or have to be God's laws.
