Recently I had the misfortune of having to hire an attorney for the probate of my fathers will. I am disabled and fear going into too much detail but after having my retainer used up on non-appearances in court, padded costs and so on, I was desperate to find out more information on the Surrogate Court system and the scandalous way in which SOME lawyers chase obituaries, some clear up to Canada. As if there were'nt enough infants and near dead Americans to steal from these pathetic ghouls have to prey on foreigners. To think that our country is run exclusively by lawyers rather than scholars,scientists,clergy, I don't know, comedians maybe, would be an improvement over lawyers. Name witheld for fear of being sued.
