While I would never vote for HRC, I don't believe she - in any way - wanted to denigrate the role that MLK played. What she was trying to say - at least I hope she was trying to say - is that it takes legislators - and in this case a president - to put into law the changes that activists like MLK worked for. And we musn't forget the lady that was the catalyst for much of this - Mrs. Rosa Parks. It would have been nice for Hillary - as a woman - to have mentioned her name as well!
