Wonder just how serious the Supreme Court could take the Justice Department had the matter before them had been the 1st Amendment. Just imagine: The right to a free press and the redress of government is a protected right BUT the Courts should see it as a lesser one, to be regulated should it be necessary to the security of the State.

McCain-Finegold comes to mind. Facisim dressed in drag. Now that the 1st Amendment has been compromised, it's on to the 2nd and the 3rd...

Wake up, America!
