"America, love it or leave it" Well, our greatest chess champion chose the latter and was

warmly welcomed by a country as cold as Iceland! He was his own man and made

controversial comments that were entirely too uncomfortable for some, due mainly to

the fact they may have had a truthful ring to them?

Goodbye, Bobby, thanks for bringing the title of American Chess Champion back to our shores after

almost a century and for inspiring countless other young Americans to follow in your footsteps.
