There's nothing in the Constitution that mandates free health care. Whatever happened to personal responsibility? I'm a native NYker and I remember that the city provided free health centers and the hospitals treated the poor for free. Only the rich had policies. My employers didnt pay for my health care either. Before the government stepped in costs were reasonable. Right now our system is overloaded with fraud and illegals. Sorry but charity is warranted and Dr. Wyne should be commended not criticized for not providing treatment for every ailment. He's a cardiologist and doing what he does best. I'm sending in a check to keep it going.
