Well as it seems as it is always.The interpretations change about the order of a time when such a Law (second amendment) was agree and execute as a Law of the land. Unfortunate the New Americans have not the sense to reckon with the Gun Law and the true meaning. Indeed not. (Of course what amendment of the Constitution have they support before the the 1910 re-editing of the Constitution). Every county must have training ground for the use and handling of any fire arms. The training must have a revaluation of the purpose that a citizen chooses to own and maintain a fire arm. With this basic structure of understanding Why We have the second Amendment in the first place, then perhaps the education of the citizen would serve a purpose the rationality and reasons of the "Rights to Bear Arms".
