Anyone who has ever stayed at a hotel knows that very few customers ever pay the "rack" rate, which is only charged during the busiest times. The NY Post hit job on Shelly Silver was bogus (the alleged $1,500 was not for the room but was a catered event in the room). The story seems to be just as unfair,
