What this article is saying is that the summaries of the delegates totals are estimates by the news organizations. If you take this along with the polls that are taken or suggested this could possibly lead to the shifting of one or more candidates in and out of perceived leads by the groups "reporting the news". And the voters fit into this situation how? If the media doesn't like how this democratic republic voting thing works out when it's left up to actual voters, they report it how they think it should be or sometimes not at all. This is how today's "democracy" functions.

The news media is the message and they decide and report. Yes, and I include Fox in this media madness.
