The Heisenberg principle is an apt metaphor to use regarding Senator Obama's views...always in motion,

try to touch it and it moves somehere else. I rather prefer biological metaphors here. Consider the chamelon..it changes colors metaphorically and literally whenever it considers itself in danger of being identified what and where it is. Metaphors in law, science, and the public arena are, indeed, useful images of reality.
