It is past time for the U.S. to remove travel restrictions to Cuba. It could be accomplished even incrementally, beginning with permitting all Cuban exiles in the U.S. unlimited travel to visit their families, then later all Americans.

The Embargo on all trade should also be discontinued.

The United States (under the next Administration) should open a new productive dialog with the Cuban government.
