This is a really sad news for Vietnamese immigrant. Just think about it...if a person who was convicted only one time and had changed. Why not give them a 2nd chance to stay. Imagine what will happen to those vietnamese who is getting deport out of this country and back to their own country of what they are fear of. They are fear for their life. and think about it...what will happen to their family of those victim. it will be devestating for both the victim and his/her family. I am just hoping that this agreement can be petition. My prayer are with everyone.
