Nets' Problems Greatly Outnumber Solutions

Submitted by mjs, Jan 26, 2008 12:09

John, I hate bowing to all the statistics, but the Nets give no other choice. The abysmal defense recently actually takes a backseat to the bigger problem, one that no stat can measure, the lack of effort. NJ showed heart on Thursday rallying in Golden State, outside of that they have thrown the towel in at the first sign of adversity. I feel the Nets will benefit more from playing the young guys, seeing how Kristic responds, then make moves in the offseason - namely blow up the "Big Three".

Thorn may need to fire Frank if the effort does not improve. The Nets can bring in Phil Jackson, Red Auerbach, or any coach you want, the players need to change.
