If you go to anysoldier.com you can do a search for magazines. Click on the "Where to Send" section, then look for the word "Search" in blue letters near the top. Use the box just beneath "Service Branch". You can even type in the particular magazine to see if anyone has requested it. From there, you request the contact person's full address which will be emailed to you. Once you have that you can mail the magazines along with a card or letter.

There is also a forum you can join to get tips and advice on how/what to ship. It is very rewarding. Good luck!
