I believe the "Innocent Until Proven Guilty" Rights we have in America. However, if he is proven guilty of any

of the Charges, I will be highly disappointed with McLaughlin because he betrayed the legacy of Harry Van Arsdale, Jr., a labor leader that took McLaughlin under his wing and taught him about serving the best

interests of the rank and file membership with Humility.

I never imagined that I would ever read about a scandal in Local 3, IBEW. I always thought that everyone in

Local 3 was "above reproach." "Live and learn." Respectfully submitted, Joe Dunst
