Former "friend' and Yale law schoolmate Lani Guinier, that HRC thrashed with silence when WJC left Guinier high and dry when the media got all twisted-up in complex legal issues, should be invited to comment. After all Guinier is now tenured at Harvard and we all know HRC failed her first bar examination. How does HRC present herself as champion of women breeching the glass ceiling when she has been a partner to the status-quo, not the solution?
