I would have to disagree Mr. Gleaser. The potential President that has the most experience in Congress, and knows personally the sole sources of our current economic crisis, would honestly have to be Congressmen Ron Paul. He understands the philosophy of monetary policy, and how low interest rates actually created the housing and credit bubble. He is the only candidate with an extensive economic platform that clearly lists the policies which could restimulate the economy, and mainly on the principles of Free-Trade. His electability is growing nation wide, and has currently won second place in the states of Nevada and Louisiana, also, Congressmen Paul has more cash-on-hand than Senator McCain and Governor Huckabee combined. Please feel free to respond to me. I would also like to mention I am a 19-year old college student part supporting this so-called "Ron Paul Revolution" and fully understand the debt we will inherit if "change" does not literally take place in January 2009.
