Obama Could Score Symbolic Win in the City

Submitted by Corona, Jan 29, 2008 14:25

Um, what about Latinos? What about the registered Latinos of Puerto Rican, Dominican, Mexican, Colombian, Venezuelan, Panamanian, etc., descent in the city? What about Afrolatinos? Why is there never any coverage of this sizable group of New Yorkers? Who are they thinking of voting for? Wouldn't this contribute to an Obama win in NYC if he received a majority of votes from African-Americans (and now Africans), young white voters, white liberals, *and* Latinos, especially in Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens?
