If guns were to be out lawed by the government the only people not owning guns would be the ones not doing harm. If these people whom are getting these guns illegaly now are the only ones to have guns once out lawed what makes you think that it is not going to make matters worse for the people of America. Once unable to protect themselves in any way from a hail of fire from an wrongdoer's gun more stealing and killing will take place. We can not allow this to happen and if we do it will be the end of independence as we know it.
