Outrageous City Employees and Retirees will be paying through the nose for medical Insurance. City Employees are already working multiple jobs and still can not make ends meet . The only thing they could count on was affordable Medical insurance for themselves and their families. Now even this will become a thing of the past in our ever increasing American Society of greed .
