As I do not like that many A1 felon violent inmates are being released, my husband is incarcerated and is a Class B felon. I would like for the senate to look at certain cases where the victim was not hurt . Or if anyone did already 15 years and was at the scene but they didnt commit the crime (one person I know didnt know what someone else was going to do and to his surprise) got arrested... Some inmates are ready to come home, maintained a good standing record in prison and can be back in society. I just hope these men realize that they shouldnt make it harder for other men ready to come hom.

My husband has been doing great and he should not be denied parole when he goes up to the board because of his good record he has maintained.
