All Shook Up About Mahjong

There is a 'conflict in the physiology of sight' that was accidentally discovered when it caused mental breaks for office workers. Mahjong epilepsy is probably that problem.

Deep mental investiment in a location where there is repeating detectable movement in peripheral vision will eventually, with enough exposure, cause this mental event.

Although Subliminal Distraction is not known for causing seizures the sudden dissociative mental event it is known for might be mistaken for a seizure.

I am interested in interviewing someone who has had these seizures. The contact page for VisionAndPsychosis will be back up in a few days.
