This is foolish. You can't easily incorporate a new structure into a school, especially one a school that is entrenched in its own traditions. Building a new school would help everybody. And unless people were hanging "White Only" signs...I don't see how people are assuming that the Hispanic kids wouldn't be able to attend as well.
