What everyone in here has said is true. Every single word is true. They approach you and talk to you as if you were a great person or can be a great person. They have guides that they show you, in other words "train" you. These guides have words that will make 80% of the people you say them to fall if you say them right.
Once signed up, the want you to start with the $1170 pack. They tell you how you earn triple the money. Then they bring you down to the $390 place, this is where you get in. During the meetings at the hotels, that moron johnny lee talks, and talks, and of course they all repeat the same thing and ends up saying, "why we dont have customers, cause we dont have the box to sell them, buy the box, it cost you 55 dollars compared to the market value and you can sell it for 200 even 300 buks" YEA RIGHT, good luck selling that box at that price range.
Now that you are in, and wasting time heading to these meetings, wasting money for food, always meeting at a starbucks or sushu restaurant or any place, you think you are being noticed. The managers who you have to call MR...start to "notice" you...WRONG....this is to manipulate even further. So you are in, bring your friends, you are to cancel all of your family's home phone service, Boom you got your new phone.
Ahh nice phone....NOT it takes 5 days to incoming calls, and then after 5 days you supposedly have E911 service...hahaha guess what, you don't, call 911, you are not in their system at all, so you call support, and the ONLY good thing is that they do respond quick. Longest waiting time was probably 5 minutes. But 90% of their solution is "hold on one sec........okay please reset your box, unplug it and plug it back in after 15 minutes" voila your phone works....
want to keep the same number...yea just wait about a MONTH for it. Okay now i have my number ready, incoming calls are great, outgoing are great....i check my account to check the features...WHAT IS THIS I SEE....1500 MINUTES out of 1500 MINUTES.....WTF?!?!?!? when you are being recruited....they tell you, unlimited calling, talk as long as you want, call whoever you want in the usa and canada and puerto rico....turns out its only in USA and canada, its only unlimited incoming, and you only have those minutes
After you complain, they will increase your minutes to 4000. Trust me you WILL complain. YOUR CELL PHONE PLAN HAS MORE MINUTES.....
And last of the details about the service....they will try the IMPOSSIBLE for you to cancel your service. They send you tons of emails saying they received a cancellation form from you...which you never did...they out of nowhere start to magically take out 10 buks from your credit card to "prevent overcharges"...oh btw, if you use 1500 out of 4000...you are violating their terms of use...why you ask?? according to some douchbag 1500-2000 minutes is too much for residential use only...ARE YOU SERIOUS.....you get an email saying your service will be cancelled...and of course, if you payed a whole year, 239 buks, you lose ALL of it, NO REFUND TO PREPAID PLANS...which you never signed up for, not once, you signed up for unlimited calling, and talking for as long as you want.....
PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT FALL FOR YOR, WE ARE TRYING TO HELP YOU, WE WERE VICTIMS, AND YES I WAS A VICTIM...YOU ARE GUARANTED TO SPEEND AT LEAST 600 DOLLARS FOR JUST STARTING...THERE ARE COUNTLESS OF "CATCHES" TO THESE BASTARDS...if you are reading this you were smart and searched for yor complaints.......Good luck, i hope someone important reads this also...oh and btw..who recruited me..MY OWN COUSIN!!!!! your family will break apart, you will get home late, you will run up your phone bill...this is no joke...good luck everyone
