Brooklyn Family Sitting on $100M in Property, Air Rights

How about a little philanthropy at home? Long term residents of Bergen Street are being forced to leave their homes/apartments where some have lived for over seven years, just so the Pintchiks can make even more money (and then be "known for philanthropy"). How much money is enough? These Bergen Street residents also act as "anchors of the neighborhood", and were here supporting the neighborhood long before it was considered "upscale". The impact on these residents is not even measurable. I think Pintchik Inc should help make alternative living arrangements for those families they will displace.
