There is no comparison between drugs/gun violence in sports/ wife beating, etc. and torturing helpless, innocent animals for the fun of it. Any sports figure or anyone else who fights any kind of animal is despicable. There is no difference in illegal dogfighting here and legal cockfighting there...I certainly will harbor ill feelings against the Mets and any other organization who touts/supports/defends/makes excuses for players who are so depraved as to participate or even condone dog, rooster or any other kind of animal fight no matter what country they are in.
