Islam's Silent Majority

Submitted by Qamrul A. Khanson, Feb 9, 2008 15:29

International community must see the root cause of terrorism and concurrently use diplomatic and military means to eradicate the reasons which have fuelled terrorism in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Palestine. Blaming continually Muslims and especially Salafi group of Muslims for the conditions in the terror stricken world will not bring any solution to the conflict.

Salafi people are Monotheist and strictly follow the peaceful traditions of Islam. They are very fundamental and oppose hypocrisy in their ranks. They are Islamically spiritual and very protective of Islamic principles and the traditions. No one should interfere in their affairs and they do not interfere in others matters. When you attack them verbally they tolerate you, when you attack them physically they avoid you, when you attack them criminally, they have a right to defend themselves. Those creating hatred against them must talk to them first - they will be pleasantly surprised.
