A democratic senate will expedite the exodus of 25-45 year olds to warmer , more business friendly climes.
Most of the 'investment' monies the state government have poured into upstate have been to quasi or government interests with little private investment. A shaky house of cards , under girded by a public sector ever higher paid with less time on the job ,with benefit packages the private sector cannot imagine. The state continues to mandate more programs non or under funded, taxes go up, productive people leave , the taxes go up -- well you get the idea. Nothing will get fixed up here until the unions get under control.
