Can we have pardons for illegal immigrant's who are felons allowing them to vote and all the good stuff that non convicted Americans do and not pardon American Felons who have served prison/jail terms and stilll can not vote? Should legislation which is sure to come with pardons for illegal immigrants not also include the right to vote for American Citizens who have been convicted?
