Cell phone ban should lifted. Why can't the DOE allow the students to bring Cell phone into the schools. Cell phones must be turned off during school hours. If a emergency comes up the user has the right to use his phone. If the user is caught using a Cell phone during the time school is session. 1st time warning. 2 time the Cell phone is removed from the student until a parents meets with the school staff. 3 time banned for that school year. I just have a problem with students traveling home after school is over.
