At least Bloomberg is a bit more honest than the mayor of London, in that he's telling us the money will go to try to satisify the insatiable, money-eating monster, a.k.a. the MTA. But you can bet your life that the fees will increase, and regularly! Bloomberg believes in one policy and one policy only, generate revenue! The most impossible addiction to break, is a politicians addiction to taking and spending the peoples money!

I predict (and i hope) that this plan will have a devastating affect on Manhattan businesses. Only pressure from Manhattanites will cause the mayor to back down, since the mayor couldn't care less about the rest of the city.
