The Kennedy plan was a John Kerry two term presidency followed by Joe II Kennedy ? Every time the Vietnam hero opens his mouth lately it's hard to figure out how he is able to find the Senate on a regular basis (bread crumbs ? ). But compared to Joe II , the man is a positive genius. Joe's ad campaign on behalf of Hugo Chavez might be a deal breaker if he was running for the Berkeley, California city council. Dick Cheney could accidentally shoot off both his legs and an arm, and still beat Joe II in a national contest.
