Generally, I don't agree with Kudlow. He pushes a lot of the Bush policies which have been very bad for the country.

Here, I think he understates Obama's dangers to the country. You have to realize that in this internet-connected world, some industries are able to do business anywhere. Maybe some financial industries will go offshore to the Bahamas or Bermuda. Maybe some will go to Costa Rica. Maybe some research jobs in Washington State will go to British Columbia instead.

Look, if the tax rate is around 60% (including state taxes) in California, New York and New Jersey, capital is going to go elsewhere. Labor is going to go elsewhere. Many wealthy people (Ex: Tiger Woods) have moved to Florida or Nevada from California because of state taxes.
