Come on people. the only criteria is clearly stated in the letter of the law. DJ's home home is in Florida, most of Tampa has seen DJ in Tampa off-season. He is known for being seen in public in Tampa because that is his HOME.

Mr. Spitzer motives are political at best, just look at his track record.
