Having been the wife of a probated Inmate, starting life over, I can tell you for certain, The Parolees History ONLINE, is a terrible and unfair thing. If the crime was not sex related, it should be only the business of the ex convict, his Probation Officer and family, NOT the General Public.

It makes getting a decent Job, very hard, as people love to talk and spread gossip. The Stigma STAYS attatched, even though they are walking the straight line. HOW are men and women supposed to shed their image, if Joe Blow down the street knows every detail of their PAST mistakes? They ALREADY HAVE to tell potential Employers they are on Parole/Probation, and sometimes list their crime. ISNT THAT ENOUGH???? You may think its protecting YOU, but, most of the time 99%, its only HURTING the ex inmate and their Family.
