Obama wasn't my first choice, John Edwards or Dennis Kucenich were. However after reading what Mr. Obama wants to do when he is elected is close enough to what I believe in. Tell me, why would you want someone like McCain who believes in continuing this war regardless of the cost to the American people in lives and money. Who wants to shut down Social Security, who stood with the Mr. Bush on almost all issues. Why do the American people chose to vote against themselves? It is amazing. I believe many people are looking for a Daddy, that is why Bush and McCain especially Bush at this time, has been able to get away with murder of our people as well as Iraqis., trying to change the Constitution and has done a pretty good job of it to suit himself. McCain would do the same. No, Obama wasn't my first choice and no I am not into passing out when I hear him or swooning, he is the closest I can elect to represent my issues.
