Not likely. Bryan Colangelo is very much aware of the team's need for rebounding or at least backing up Jose Calderone in case TJ Ford doesn't make it back to 100%. Vince Carter doesn't satisfy either of those needs. He wouldn't have the heart to return to a city that depsises him and for the Raptors' organization it would be a step backward in almost every aspect to re-aquire Carter. If by some miracle it happens I'm moving out of T.O.
