This is typical of the corruption of politics in New York State. The old Tammany machine lives. Clarence Norman sold judgeships in Brooklyn for years before anyone made a peep. The machine clearly is in the Clinton camp every time she runs. In her first Senate run a district in Rockland County heavily populated by Orthodox Jews gave her all but four votes! Of course that was after she had met with the rabbi up there. Good for Mayor Bloomberg for going after this. He is not beholden to the New York Democratic party. Boss Tweed must be winking from hell.
