As you stated Zach, the Constitution does not give us a right to have specific types of weapons, in fact no weapons at all. What it does do is acknowledge that we ALREADY had a right to ANY weapon of our choosing. It does this by NOT stating any specifics at all. It only recognizes a RIGHT that we aquired in 1689 (the "Glorious Revolution").
