If the choice is between condom use or serious, perhaps fatal, diseases, I would prefer that people use a condom.

However, to encourage relatively young people to "get some" panders to short sided hedonism. In the long run, we live for ourselves, our lasting friends, our families and our communities. Yielding to the urge to "get some," can create serious obstacles to what we truly are and believe in.
