On top of that, who will make the decisions to judge who is and who is not inelligible to own a firearm? And besides, who was it who proposed that any veteran remotely suspected of PTSD should be added to the same list as felons, sex offenders, violent criminals and domestic violence offenders? The vast majority of the returning GIs and earlier combat veterans are greatly more aware of firearms and repect the responsibilities inherent.
