None of the things you listed are guaranteed under the constitution. What if a majority of people in a community were white and didn't want African-Americans or Hispanics to vote? Can you destroy the rights of the minority to please the majority? The Second Amendment does not create a right. It states that a right shall NOT be infringed. This implies the right pre-existed our constitution, which it did. Would you consider the Emanciption Proclamation "totalitarian"? What about the right of women to vote? What about desegregation? All of these affected the nation, and forced some communities to abide by a law that was not supported by a majority. Your argument is very illogical; very typical liberal stuff.
