Thinkgra states that because technological developments in the field of firearms have progressed in the last 300 years that removes the protection of our Second Amendment rights, but what about technological changes in the First Amendment realm? Does the fact that the existence of the internet, computers, printers, cell phones or any form of telecommunications couldn't have been forecast by the founders mean they should not be protect as part of your free speech rights?
