we build our skyscrapers just fine in NYC, and we can even put up such things as cathedral ceilings and tall atriums (and tall floors). Just build lofty floors, some tall spaces, and build UP rather than OUTWARDS in the future and a Javits expansion could probably be done on the current plot of land.
