Reader comment on: Teachers Get Big Gift From GOP
in response to reader comment: State legislature unfair to taxpayers

Submitted by Anon, Feb 25, 2008 08:20

What everybody has lost sight of is that full pension at 55 is 14% less than the full pension at 62 and 10% less than the 30 year pension. At 55 a teacher will get 50% and at 30 years they will get 60%. How come all tyhe other city workers are able top retire at 20 years at 1/2 pay?
