Judge To Mull $695 Million Legal Fee

Submitted by Claude Bogardus, Feb 29, 2008 02:03

The barratry and extortion practiced by the TORT BAR today have an unfortunate inhibiting effect upon the Managements of otherwise productive enterprises. We have seen medical bills escalate in costs as defensive medicine practices became the norm. Defensive Management Styles will become the custom, more difficult to alter than laws, if the abomination of "Class Action" lawsuits is permitted to continue. What a pity!
